These Billing Terms explain how subscriptions, one-time purchases, payments, and cancellations work when you buy Astroline services on our website. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
1. Price
Current prices for subscriptions and one-time purchases are displayed during checkout. Prices may change from time to time; please review them carefully before purchasing. Local taxes and bank fees may apply.
2. Free or Paid Trial Period
We may offer a 3-day free or low-cost trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will start automatically and the payment method on file will be charged.
3. How to Purchase
The order flow consists of three steps:
- Quiz / On-boarding – answer a few questions so we can tailor our offer.
- Choose plan & pay – select a subscription or one-time option and complete payment via card or PayPal.
- Confirmation – after successful payment you receive a personal access link by e-mail together with a receipt.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal or Paddle. We are not responsible for processing errors on these platforms.
4. Payment Method
By purchasing you authorise us to charge the selected payment method immediately (or after the trial) and on each renewal date until you cancel.
5. Cancellation & Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time at least 24 hours before renewal by visiting sub.astroline.today/terminate or contacting support. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
6. Money-Back Policy
Refund requests are handled according to our Money-Back Policy. Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed through those stores.
