Money-Back Policy

This policy explains how to cancel your subscription and when you may be eligible for a refund if you purchased directly on our website. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Visit sub.astroline.today/terminate and follow the steps. The request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or current subscription period.

2. How to Request a Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The purchase was made on our website (not via Apple/Google).
  • You contact us within 14 days of the initial payment and before the subscription ends.
  • You provide: purchase e-mail, payment method, date, receipt and a brief reason.

Send the request to support@astroline.life. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

3. Important Statement

If the above conditions are not met, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. We may, at our sole discretion, approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

EEA/Swiss residents have 14 days to withdraw from digital service purchases unless you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of withdrawal rights. Pro-rata refunds apply when eligible.

5. State-Specific Rights (USA)

Residents of California or Connecticut may cancel within three business days of purchase to receive a full refund.
